CASA 2005 will be held in Hong Kong, one of the exciting and
beautiful cities in Asia. The technical program of the conference
consists of high quality technical papers that are reviewed and
selected by an international program committee.

Papers are solicited on all technical aspects of computer
animation, including but are not limited to the following topics:
 
- Motion control
- Social and Conversational agents
- Motion capture and retargeting
- Perceptual models
- Path planning
- Interagent communication
- Physics-based animation
- Virtual Sensors
- Vision techniques in animation
- Modelling of groups and crowds
- Behavioral animation
- Social behavior

- Image rendering in animation
- Medical 3D simulation
- Simulation involving virtual humans

- Virtual reality and augmented reality

>Submission Guidelines
 
Each paper for submission should be formatted according
to the guidelines given in the conference web site. 
It must not be longer than 12 pages in length, including
references and figures.  In order to provide a fair review
of all submitted papers, the review process will be
double-blind - the paper itself should not include the
authors' identity.  Instead, the authors' information
will be submitted through the online submission system.

All accepted full papers will be printed in an extended
special issue of the journal of Computer Animation and Virtual
Worlds (published by John Wiley) to be distributed at the
conference.
